Meditation in Minutes

According to a recent Harvard study, our minds are lost in thought more than 47% of the day. No wonder we feel like we’re ‘losing it.’ Meditation is a way to regain the Truth of who we are, and to get back at least a small percentage of that lost time, but how do we manage to meditate in this fast-paced world?

Is it really possible that we can practice mindfulness in as little as ten minutes?  New research says its a great start. On TED Talks, Andy Puddicombe tells us exactly how. Meditation proves itself in 4 new studies, linked to more creativity, better heart health, more gyrifications (a fancy word that means folding of the cerebral cortex, which makes it easier and faster for the brain to process new information), and better focus.
