According to a recent Harvard study, our minds are lost in thought more than 47% of the day. No wonder we feel like we’re ‘losing it.’ Meditation is a way to regain the Truth of who we are, and to get back at least a small percentage of that lost time, but how do we manage to meditate in this fast-paced world?
